Ingredients:
* 1lb (450g) lamb or ox liver
* 1lb (450g) self raising flour or coconut flour
* 3 eggs
* Milk or water
Crack the eggs into a measuring jug and add an equal volume of milk or water and whisk together.
Blend the liver in a food processor until smoothish. Fold in with egg mix.
Empty contents into a greased silicone tray mould and bake in the over at 180 degrees (or 350F) for 35-45 minutes.
Allow to cool, cut up and freeze. For a little bit of pizzazz then coat top in (Xylitol/palm oil free) dog friendly peanut butter
